工作內容：
1.Support sales projects
支持銷售項目
2.Become an expert in fundamental animal nutrition （amino acids and energy system）, antioxidants and anti-stress.
在基礎動物營養（氨基酸和能量系統），抗氧化和抗應激上成為行業專家
3.Update the different species’ technical materials, including brochures, publications, article papers, presentations, and digital tools.
更新不同畜種的技術材料，包括：宣傳頁，發表行業刊物，技術文章，行業報告，和數字工具。
4.Contribute to the training of the internal teams and external partners regarding the product introduction and utilization and Adisseo toolbox utilization.
針對安迪蘇的產品應用和工具箱，培訓內部同事或者外部的合作伙伴。
5.Be accountable for regional animal trials.
負責區域性的動物實驗
6.Capable of providing customized service and solutions to customers.
有能力提供定制化的服務和解決方案
7.Be able to communicate with the global technical team regularly and draw on the successful experience of other regions.

8.Be able to lead project of building service platform with project management method.
能夠用項目管理的方法牽頭推動客戶服務平臺項目的執行

1. A master’s degree is basic. Doctor degree in relevant animal nutrition is preferred
必須研究生學歷以上，動物營養相關的博士專業為優選
2. More than 3 years of working experience in animal nutrition service manager or nutritionist in feed companies or integrators，or more than 3 years experience in technical support role in feed additive company.
至少3年動物營養技術服務經理或飼料企業以及一條龍企業配方師經驗，或者3年以上t添加劑企業技術支持服務工作。
3. Have experience in leading technical solution offering in KA development and archived good results
擁有主導大客戶開發中技術解決方案提供的經歷，并且項目取得了較好的結果
4. Profound theoretical foundation on animal nutrition.
良好的動物營養理論基礎
5.Rich in field experience and problem-solving skill
有充分的解決問題的經驗
6.Systematic thinking; strong communication and coordination skill; Presentation skill

7. Adhere to compliance rules in daily work according to the request in local regulation, Adisseo company policies, code of conducts etc.
